FOR THE STEAK:
- - 3 cloves of Garlic
- - 2 New York strip steaks
- - Himalayan sea salt
- - Black pepper
- - Olive Oil
- - 3 sprigs of thyme
- - Butter
- - Beer
FOR THE LOBSTER:
- - ¼ tsp paprika
- - 1 tsp seafood seasoning/ old bay
- - Parsley flakes
- - ¼ tsp black pepper
- - Garlic Butter (melt 2 1/2 tablespoon butter + 3 finely minced garlic)
FOR THE MASHED POTATOES + SAUCE:
- - 4 Large Potatoes
- - Heavy Whipping Cream
- - Garlic and Herb Sauce Mix
- - Weber Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- - Steak Prep: Marinate steak in beer, a bit of salt, garlic and thyme for at least 1 hour

- STEP 1: Prepare the steak: Take the steak out and season it with salt and pepper. Sear it in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side. Then add butter, garlic, and thyme, and baste it for 2 minutes on each side. Finally, let the steak rest for 10 minutes before serving.
