    • - 3 sprigs thyme, leaves
    • - ½ tsp chicken bouillon
    • - ½ tsp black pepper, adjust to taste
    • - ½ tsp salt, adjust to taste

    Seasonings & Curry:

    • - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • - 1 small onion, chopped
    • - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • - 3 scallions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
    • - 1 tbsp curry powder
    • - 3 cups pumpkin, chopped
    • - ⅓ cup water (plus more if needed)
    • - Pinch of sugar
    • - Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions
