Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Foodie Not a Chef! Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Downloads)

Digital products are not shipped. Your download link is delivered instantly by email after your purchase is complete. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Email us at Tiffany@FoodieNotaChef.org and we'll re-send it right away.

Printed Cookbooks & Physical Products

Our printed cookbooks are printed to order especially for you. Here's what to expect:

Production time: Please allow [3–5] business days for your book to be printed and prepared before it ships. This is in addition to shipping time.

Shipping time (after production):

  • United States: [5–8] business days
  • Canada: [7–14] business days
  • International: [10–21] business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During launch periods, holidays, and promotions, production and shipping may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they ship, and we cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at Tiffany@FoodieNotaChef.org— if your order hasn't gone to production yet, we'll do our best to update it.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Delivery times may also vary depending on your local customs processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or shows your package as lost, contact us at Tiffany@FoodieNotaChef.org with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement. If your book arrives damaged, see our [Return & Refund Policy] — we'll replace it at no cost to you.
