Return & Refund Policy

At Foodie Not a Chef, we want you cooking with confidence and shopping with confidence, too. Because of the nature of our products, our policy is below. If anything ever goes wrong with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.

Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Downloads)

All of our digital cookbooks and downloads are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales of digital products are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

That said, we stand behind every product we sell. Please contact us right away if:

  • You did not receive your download email (check your spam folder first)
  • Your download link is not working or has expired
  • You received the wrong file or a corrupted file
  • You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product

In any of these cases, email us at Tiffany@foodienotachef.org and we will resolve the issue promptly including re-sending your files or refunding any duplicate charges.

Printed Cookbooks & Physical Products

Our printed cookbooks and physical products are produced in small batches and printed to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us at Tiffany@foodienotachef.org within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will ship a replacement as soon as the issue is confirmed. If your order is lost in transit and tracking shows it was never delivered, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
