Proud Guyanese woman. Mom. Wife. And by day, a pharmacist who has always believed that the right process gets you the right result every time.
I brought that same mindset into my Caribbean kitchen.
Foodie Not a Chef was born at the intersection of two worlds. Guyanese and Ghanaian. I grew up surrounded by bold, layered flavors, and when I married my Ghanaian husband, our kitchen became something entirely its own.
Two cultures. Two traditions. One table.
I built this brand because Afro-Caribbean cooking belongs in every kitchen. And I knew the only thing standing between most people and these dishes was clear guidance and a little confidence.
