Pinwheels are such a delicious treat to have. You can have them for breakfast or during the day as a snack. During my time in secondary school, there was a restaurant right across the street from my school that sold the BEST pinwheels. I would always anticipate buying during my lunch break. There are so many variations of pinwheels such as: steak, ham & cheese etc. and different ways you can make them e.g., mini or jumbo pinwheels. I usually enjoy making mine a bit large with either grounded chicken or beef. So, let us get into the dough! It is oh-so-soft and fluffy. Literally, it is like a taste of heaven!!The carrots and corn added to the sauce make every bite so flavorful and delicious. This recipe is AH-MAZING. I do hope you guys enjoy it!
Helpful Tips:
- You can put any cheese you like into the pinwheel; it does not have to be parmesan cheese.
- Sparkling water is an important ingredient as it makes the dough incredibly soft just like pizza.
- Everything goes quickly with regards to mixing the dough, so, ensure all your ingredients are nearby.
- I used my KitchenAid mixer to knead my dough, but you can also use your hands.
