- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons homemade chimichurri sauce (divided)
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Lamb
- In a bowl, season lamb loin chops with garlic salt, onion powder, garlic powder, masala, ghee, Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of homemade chimichurri sauce.
- Allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Step 2: Preheat and Cook
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil and air fry for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking. Adjust time based on desired doneness:

- Medium: 10 minutes
- Well-done: 12 minutes
